1. Why this policy exists

Kedova helps businesses speak to the public at scale. That power has to be used honestly. This policy sets out what you must not do with Kedova, whether you write the content yourself, approve what Kedova drafts, or let a channel run on Autopilot. It applies to everyone who uses a workspace, including agency clients.

2. Spam and unsolicited messaging

  • Do not send marketing email or WhatsApp messages to people who have not consented to receive them.
  • Do not upload purchased, rented, scraped or harvested contact lists.
  • Honour unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly, and do not remove or hide the unsubscribe link Kedova adds.
  • Do not use misleading sender names, subject lines or message content to get people to open or reply.
  • Do not post repetitive, automated or bulk content designed to manipulate platform algorithms or flood communities.

3. Political disinformation and election integrity

  • Do not create or spread false or misleading information about elections, voting procedures, candidates, parties or results.
  • Do not run coordinated inauthentic behaviour, such as networks of fake accounts or undisclosed paid amplification.
  • Political and issue advertising must comply with the Electoral Act 2022, any rules of the Independent National Electoral Commission, and each platform’s political content policies, including required disclosures.

4. Impersonation and fake endorsements

  • Do not impersonate any person, business, government body or regulator, or suggest an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.
  • Do not publish fabricated testimonials, reviews, case studies, customer logos, awards or statistics.
  • Do not claim regulatory approval, licensing or certification you do not hold.
  • Do not use another person’s name, image or voice without their permission.

5. Deceptive health and financial claims

Health

  • Do not claim that a product or service cures, prevents or treats a disease unless the claim is lawful and supported by evidence you can provide.
  • Do not promote unapproved medicines, treatments or regulated products, or make claims that require approval from the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) or another regulator without it.

Money

  • Do not promise guaranteed returns, risk-free investments or ways to “double your money”.
  • Do not promote Ponzi or pyramid schemes, unlicensed investment, lending or insurance products, or schemes that require registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Central Bank of Nigeria or another regulator without it.
  • Present fees, rates and risks fairly and clearly.

Kedova’s compliance checks look for these patterns and may hold a draft, but you remain responsible for what you publish.

6. Harassment, hate and harm

  • Do not harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone, or encourage others to.
  • Do not publish content that attacks people on the basis of ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, disability or similar characteristics, or incites violence.
  • Do not publish anyone’s private information without a lawful basis, including addresses, phone numbers or identity documents.
  • Do not create sexual content involving minors. We report such content to the authorities.

7. Other prohibited uses

  • Anything unlawful, or that promotes illegal goods or services.
  • Infringing copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property.
  • Phishing, malware, or links designed to deceive or harm.
  • Sexually explicit content, or content that a platform you publish to does not allow.
  • Disguising AI-generated content where the law or a platform’s rules require it to be disclosed.

8. Platform rules and security

  • Follow the terms and policies of every platform you connect. Do not use Kedova to evade a platform’s limits, bans or enforcement.
  • Do not probe, scan or test the security of Kedova without our written permission (see security for responsible disclosure), interfere with its operation, or access other customers’ data.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service, or resell access without an agreement with us.

9. How we enforce this policy

Kedova’s Brand Guardian and compliance checks may hold or decline content that appears to breach this policy. If we become aware of a breach, we may remove content, pause publishing, disconnect a channel, or suspend or terminate an account, depending on how serious it is. Where appropriate we will explain what happened and give you a chance to respond. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

10. Reporting abuse

If you believe content published through Kedova breaches this policy, email hello@korevra.com with “Abuse report” in the subject. Please include links or screenshots, the account concerned and why you believe it breaches the policy. We review every report.
