Give Kedova your web address. It reads your pages and drafts a brand kit — colours, fonts, logo, tone of voice, audiences, offers, words to use and words to avoid.
Nothing is used until you approve the kit.

02 · Knowledge base
Your documents become the only source.
Add your company profile, price lists, policies, case notes and past posts. Kedova indexes them so every draft can point to where a fact came from.
Ask it questions and get sourced answers.
Remove a document and it stops being used.

03 · Weekly plan
A plan for the week, with reasons.
The Strategist sets themes, channels and times from your goals, last week’s results and the calendar — Nigerian holidays, budget season, AGM season and the moments your audience cares about.
Every slot carries a brief you can read and change.
Moving holidays are marked approximate until confirmed.

04 · Content and creatives
Written for each channel. Sized for every one.
One brief becomes a LinkedIn post, an X thread, an Instagram caption and an email — each native to its channel. The Designer renders the creative from your brand kit in every size, with alt text.

05 · Brand Guardian and compliance
Checked before it reaches you.
Every draft passes two kinds of check. Fixed rules catch what must never depend on judgement; the Brand Guardian judges voice and nuance. A draft that fails comes back with the reason.
What gets checked
VoiceYour tone, your banned words, and no hype words.
FactsEvery claim traced to your documents; unsourced claims flagged.
ComplianceNo guaranteed returns or regulator-approval claims without a source; consent and unsubscribe for messaging.
Platform rulesLength, hashtags and links per channel; alt text on every image.
DuplicationToo close to a recent post? It’s rewritten.
06 · Approvals
Approve on the web, your phone, or WhatsApp.
When drafts are ready, Kedova tells you — by email, in the app, or on WhatsApp with a one-tap button that opens them. Approve, edit, or ask for changes in plain words and a revision comes back.
Teams can set approval chains, so the right people sign off in order.
Agencies’ clients approve in a portal on the agency’s domain.

Review and approve
Daily digest. 2 posts went out today and 1 new lead is waiting in your inbox.
07 · Publishing modes
You choose how much it does on its own.
Each channel has its own mode, and you can change it whenever you like.
Default
Review
Nothing publishes until you approve it. Personal profiles stay here until they earn Autopilot: four weeks with at least 90% of drafts approved unedited.
Autopilot
Switched on by you, per channel: drafts that pass every check are scheduled without waiting for you. Anything flagged is still held, and a spike of negative replies switches the channel back to Review.
Manual-assist
For platforms with no API Kedova may use: a ready-to-post pack — copy, sized creative, alt text and hashtags — and a one-tap “Mark posted”.
08 · Monday intelligence brief
Start the week knowing what changed.
Every Monday, a short brief: what’s moving in your market from the business press and regulators, seasonal moments ahead, and what this week’s plan does about it. Every item links to its public source.
Monday brief Illustrative
In your marketBusiness press is covering the new filing deadline.
RegulatorsA new guidance note touches your sector.
Coming upA public holiday midweek, so posts move to Tuesday and Thursday.
This week’s planA deadline explainer on Tuesday, sourced from your guide.
09 · Friday report
Finish the week knowing what worked.
A plain-English report every Friday: what went out, tracked clicks, blog views and leads, what the Analyst learned, and what next week will try differently. The numbers are only what Kedova measured — the narrative never invents a metric.
Agencies get one per client, in their own branding.
